Packaging and Product Availability
Each piece of Chavín jewellery will arrive in a beautiful bespoke box and gift bag sourced from sustainable and recyclable sources. All orders placed on the website are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email within working hours (9am-5pm) to notify you of the stock availability and estimated delivery time. If the item you have ordered is not available then we can offer you a refund or an alternative item of equal value. Differences in value will be refunded or charged accordingly.
UK orders are sent by Registered Post and are subject to a £5 delivery charge. All order placed before 1pm will be next day delivery except on weekends and bank holidays. Please note: Delivery lead times are likely to be extended over public holidays.
Your order will be delivered before 1pm, and a signature may be required upon receipt. If you are not present to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card informing you of how to pick it up.
International Orders and Delivery
Delivery to the EU will automatically be charged a flat rate of £15 and to the rest of the world a flat rate of £20. Chavín Jewellery will choose the appropriate courier for despatch. Non EU orders are exclusive of VAT and all transactions are processed in pounds sterling. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges
Chavín Jewellery purchased through our stockists is covered by the returns policy of the stockist to whom all matters on faults, returns, and exchanges should be referred.
Items supplied direct from Chavín Jewellery returned within 14 days in the original condition, packaging and all goods will be inspected on return. Refunds are exclusive of the delivery charges.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.
